      Oriented Strand Boards (OSB) are made of chipboard, characterized by a high degree of strength and excellent shape stability. Particleboard is bonded with eco resins in 3 or 4 mutually upFlat layers and is an ideal misterial for construction and other purposes. OSB boards can be treated like a lot of Wood: they can be cut, profiled, nailed and stapled. It is possible to achieve all the usual connections characteristic of Wood without any problems. Nails and joints hold firmly even at small distances from the edge of the plate. Unlike OSB plywood, it has no knots, cracks or defects in the inner layer.

      Mechanical characteristics:
      The principle of bonding with eco resins gives the panels a high degree of resistance to moisture, which provides dimensional stability and a large load capacity. Due to its excellent technical characteristics, OSB opens new possibilities for modern, cheap prefabricated house construction. Its Flat surface allows a multitude of Decorative color variants and visible textures with paint spreads, waxes and even oils.

      Slabs meet extremely high requirements in terms of shape stability, homogeneity and minimal changes in properties. At the same time, these boards need to be treated as a wood-based product, which has similar properties to masive wood, especially in terms of resistance to water and moisture. Therefore, before installation, it is necessary to respect the conditions for storage and cleaning, and the conditions for installation – especially to respect the regulations for expansion joints and the orientation of the main and secondary axes of the plates.

      OSB boards provide excellent opportunities for modern construction, as well as a number of other types of applications.
